In 2000, the couple established the Adam and Gila Milstein Family Foundation. This organization seeks to encourage Jews to keep in touch with their Jewish roots and establish a connection with Israel. Adam and Gila have three daughters. Adam Milstein sits on the boards of Birthright Israel, AIPAC National Council, Stand By Me, Jewish Funders Network, StandWithUs, Hasbara Fellowships and Israel on Campus Coalition.
